2020 Ram 1500 forward collision avoidance problems

The contact owns a 2020 Ram 1500 Limited. The contact stated that while driving at 20 MPH, the automatic emergency braking system activated without warning. The wheels seized and the vehicle crashed into a guard rail. No air bags were deployed upon impact. The contact later received medical treatment for injuries sustained to both hands and the right leg. There were four other passengers in the vehicle with unknown injuries. No police report was filed.

I was driving on I-15 between cedar city, ut and st george, ut. Driving approx 75MPH when suddenly traffic was stopped in front of me in both lanes. Applied brakes with absolutely no results. Drove off of paved portion of highway to avoid hitting stopped cars. Vehicle had less than 500 miles on it and I had owned it for 3 days. Finally got vehicle stopped approx 3/4 mile down the road. Approx $1700 damage to vehicle. Approx 5 months later I pulled into u.s post office to park.
