I was backing out of my driveway and the rear view camera and rear sensors didn’t work. Due to vehicle in the road’s location and my mirrors view I could not see vehicle behind me and ran into the vehicle.
The contact owns a 2022 Ram 1500. The contact stated that while reversing, the rearview camera image was blue, and the message "Camera Unavailable" was displayed. The contact stated while driving 25 MPH, the vehicle made abnormal knocking sounds and stalled. There was no warning light illuminated. The vehicle was restarted; however, the failure persisted. The contact was able to pull into a gas station and parked the vehicle.
