What is wrong
Daimler Coaches North America (Daimler Coaches) is recalling certain 2022-2024 Tourrider Business and Premium coaches. The 120-Volt passenger outlets may not be secured properly, allowing them to detach.
The risk
A detached 120-Volt outlet can shock passengers, increasing the risk of injury.
The fix
Dealers will install a cavity socket and quadruple screw connection, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed February 13, 2024. Owners may contact Daimler Coaches customer service at 1-[removed]. Daimler Coaches number for this recall is 54.10T23277A.
