What is wrong
Jaguar Land Rover North America, LLC (Land Rover) is recalling certain 2024 Land Rover Discovery Sport vehicles. The lower A-pillar bolt on the right side may be improperly fastened, which can result in reduced structural strength of the body structure.
The risk
A body structure with reduced structural strength may not adequately protect passengers in a crash, increasing the risk of injury.
The fix
Dealers will inspect and tighten the right side, lower A-pillar bolt, as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed April 16, 2024. Owners may contact Land Rover customer service at 1-[removed]. Land Rover's number for this recall is N871.
