What is wrong
Toyota Motor Engineering & Manufacturing (Toyota) is recalling certain 2025 Lexus UX300h vehicles. Certain wires in the engine room wire harness that supply power to the motor generator electronic control unit (MG ECU) may become fractured and separate, which can result in a loss of power.
The risk
A loss of drive power can increase the risk of a crash.
The fix
Dealers will replace the engine room main wire harness, free of charge. Owner letters were mailed December 6, 2024. Owners may contact Toyota customer service at 1-[removed]. Toyota's numbers for this recall are 24LB07 and 24LA07.
