What is wrong
Hyundai Motor America (Hyundai) is recalling certain 2027 Genesis G80 vehicles. The ignition coil ground bolt may be loose, resulting in an engine misfire or stall while driving.
The risk
An misfire or loss of drive power increases the risk of a crash.
The fix
Dealers will tighten the ignition coil ground bolt, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed September 18, 2026. Owners may contact Genesis customer service at [removed].
