What is wrong
Koenigsegg Automotive AB (Koenigsegg) is recalling certain 2025-2026 CC850 vehicles. The electronic parking brake may not engage properly when the vehicle is in reverse, allowing in unintended vehicle movement.
The risk
Unintended vehicle movement increases the risk of a crash or injury.
The fix
The parking brake control software will be updated over-the-air (OTA) or by a dealer, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected be mailed October 29, 2026. Owners may contact Koenigsegg's customer service at [removed].
