What is wrong
Plastic fuel gauge mounting nut may crack and allow fuel to leak from the fuel tank.
The risk
If fuel comes into contact with a hot exhaust system orother ignition source, it could result in a fire.
The fix
Replace mounting nuts with nuts of an improved material.
