What is wrong
The wrong safety belt latch tongue plate was installed in some safety belt assemblies.
The risk
The safety belt will not latch correctly, causing therestraint system to fail; the occupant will be exposed to increased risk ofinjury in a sudden stop or crash if failure occurs.
The fix
Replace the defective safety belt assemblies.
