What owners wrote

Car was involved in a multiple flip/rollover in which the driver side seat belt did not lock, causing the driver to thrash about inside the vehicle resulting in multiple skull, spine, and other bone fractures ultimately resulted in the death of the driver. The passenger side seatbelt did lock and the passenger survived. In addition to the seatbelt not locking, none of the air bags deployed. I mean none of them!! Please look into these vehicles in hopes to save someone's life!! Updated 09/19/17 ..updated 12/11/17

May 2017 CrashInjuryDeath

Rear curtain airbags began swelling, causing separation of interior panels. Called scion customer relations and was advised that, because my VIN did not match the recalled units, there was nothing that could be done and that the owner would be considered responsible even though I was experiencing a similar issue as documented in toyota recall no. Ssc 60h. According to their records the proper repairs were already made prior to my purchase.
