What owners wrote

We question why none of the 4 airbags (2 sides, driver or passenger) deployed in a crash that had the 2010 scion xb airborne. And the vehicle rolled resting upright on the front of the car. The injuries were predominantly seatbelt bruises and a fractured kneecap. The multiple impacts during rolling may have been too low to initiate an airbag deployment or it could indicate a problem. What should be done to determine whether the response was appropriate? The car will likely be totaled by state farm.

Tl* the contact owned a 2010 scion xb. The contact stated that while the driver was driving approximately 10 MPH, the vehicle was rear ended by another vehicle causing the vehicle to crash into the rear of the vehicle in front. The front driver side air bag deployed. The driver sustained air bag fragments injuries and burn injuries from the air bag deployment. A police report was filed. The vehicle was towed and deemed destroyed.
