Tl*the contact owns a 2007 suzuki forenza. While seated in the passenger seat with her daughter seated in the driver's seat, the contact smelled a burning smell coming from the driver's side of the vehicle. The contact exited the vehicle and went around the vehicle to help her paraplegic daughter exit the vehicle. Before she could reach her daughter, the air bag deployed and struck her in the back, upper shoulder, and neck region. The paramedics were called and gave her an ice pack.

The dealer could not assist and advised the contact to call her lawyer. She sustained major injuries with her back and neck, as well as hearing issues and hernias. A police report was filed.
