I had brought my Tesla Model Y to a stop. Given that the car has an auto-park feature, I did not put the car in park. My daughter got out of the car and opened the rear passenger door. I moved towards the Tesla screen to open the rear trunk for her. As I moved, my foot accidentally hit the accelerator running the car over her foot and causing a possible fracture. She was in agonizing pain and I had to call emergency services.
