Upon starting vehicle by putting it into reverse then backing out, when placing the vehicle back into park, vehicle automatically went back into reverse on its own. The vehicle went down the driveway on its own and caused an accedent.
While turning off the vehicle driver left vehicle in drive, took the key out of the ignition, and noticed the car was starting to roll. Consumer's vehicle hit another vehicle before coming to a complete stop. Keys were removed from vehicle's ignition and the engine was shut off when the vehicle had rolled and hit another vehicle.
