2004 Toyota Corolla wipers, windshield & visibility problems

I was driving a toyota 2004 corolla on the highway @ 60 MPH. All the car windows were open. There were no other cars/trucks near the car. I pushed the button to close the windows. The driver side window went up to approx. 6" from the top of the window and stopped. I pushed the button to turn it down. The window returned down. I again pushed the button to close the window. As the window was raised to apprrox 6" from the top, the glass exploded.

My driver side window lowers only part way when the temperature is lower than 70o and the window rattles when the window is raised. VIN 2t1br3244c215045 I contacted the toyota customer service center, and spoke with mr. Karin knan, under toyota case # 1011110634, who instructed he would be contact you with my issue; the parts were under warranty for 3 years/36k.
