What owners wrote

Tl* the contact owns a 2007 toyota highlander. The contact stated when traveling over slight road bumps, the drivers side sun visor would fall down, obstructing his line of vision. The dealer advised repairs to the visor would not be covered under warranty and would only be repaired at the owners expense. The failure mileage was approximately 56,000 and the current mileage was 67,000.

Reported at 56,000 miles, August 2009

Driver side sun visor dropped into field of vision. Dealer says this happens a lot with highlander models. Visor will not stay up or down but rests in between, which defeats its intended use and interferes with driver vision. Dealer refused to repair as defect.
