What owners wrote
On friday, january 12, 2018 I fount the car seat severely smoldering on the passenger side. The care was filled with brown smoke and toxic fumes. The seat was completely burned and melted and toxic residue. Fire department put out fire with water. Car seat heater apparently did not turn off and smoldered all night. Toyota giving me the run around, delaying investigation at least 5 weeks or more. The car was parked in garage, last driven brief distance evening before. Garage now with toxic fumes and residue.
Point sources of light (I.e. Brake lights, headlights, traffic lights, etc.) at night time and to a less visible extent in the day time are duplicated or triplicated at distances through the front windshield. As the light source is closer to the car, the ghosting effect diminishes. This problem does not occur when looking out the side windows or rear windshield, but only occurs through the front windshield. This prism effect induces nausea and is incredibly distracting while driving.
