Steering loss and separation of the ball joints from socket causing a crash. At the time the two failures occurred, it caused the front passenger side wheel & tire to buckle under vehicle causing the vehicle to skid between 250 feet to 300 feet before stopping. This incident proved that the vehicle was completely uncontrollable due to the failure of manufactured parts on this vehicle.
