Dt*: the contact stated the vehicle accelerated on its own after reaching 30 MPH and caused an accident. The contact tried braking, but the brakes failed, due to the throttle issue. The vehicle was not taken to a service dealer to address the issue. A police report was taken.
(1) car ran rough in any gear when trying to maintain speed (2) I took it to the dealer immediately because I could not stand it (3) $1409 repair to replace the electronic throttle module. I was told if I did not replace it the car would stall and be undriveable.
