Was driving 30MPH when another vehicle pulled out in front suddenly from a tree lined area without warning. It was "t" boned by integra. Upon impact, neither air bags deployed. Driver/passenger were injured. Passenger hit windshield and broke it. Both had emergency room treatment.
While driving at 30 MPH consumer entered an intersection. While crossing the intersection, another vehicle ran a stop sign, causing the consumer to collide with the front driver's side of the other vehicle. The other vehicle was cited for failure to heed a stop sign. Seat belts were worn, but the frontal air bags did not deploy. Consumer and passenger sustained back and neck injuries.
