The driver was involved in a frontal collision. Both frontal air bags failed to deploy. This caused the driver to sustained minor injuries and was transported by ambulance to the hospital. While waiting in line for car inspection, had the car in neutral with the hand brake on, I then put the car in drive and suddenly it lunged forward. Trying not to hit other cars, but could not stop the car. Finally I hit a guard rail, bounced off a curb and hit a truck and finally smashed into a concrete wall. Air bags did not deploy.
