The contact owned a 2019 Acura MDX. The contact stated that while driving approximately 40 MPH, the vehicle experienced a sudden jolt. The contact immediately depressed the brake pedal and the vehicle erroneously accelerated to a high rate of speed. The contact depressed the brake pedal, shifted to neutral, and to the park position but the vehicle continued to increase speed eventually crashing into several vehicles that were stopped at a red light.
The anti collision system is defective and it's putting my family at risk. It slams on breaks by itself without any obstacle in front. It started happening more and morr frequently. Called the acura dealrship and they claim it's normal and the car would break for any perceived obstacle in front of it.
Since taking delivery of my 2019 acura mdx I started to notice a clicking noise when accelerating and braking. The issue can be heard also while making a turn. I took the vehicle to the dealership, they replaced the left strut but the issue did not get fixed. This is a brand new vehicle and should not have any issues. This clicking noise is annoying and embarrassing to be driving a new vehicle that makes clicking noises.
