Vehicle stalled on road, three vehicles stopped behind the stalled car. Fifth vehicle hit the left rear of my wife's SUV sending her into the vehicle in front and so on. Air bags did not deploy in my wife's vehicle.
I owned a 2007 acura rdx. Almost one month ago, on aug 29th, 2018, I was rear-ended on a freeway, while stopped due to traffic. The police report showed the at-fault driver was driving at about 50MPH. The impact from this accident broke both the front driver and passenger seatbacks and headrests, where they were almost touching the back seats and we were laying down looking at the roof of the car when the car came to complete stop.
Tl* the contact owns a 2007 acura rdx. The contact's vehicle was involved in an side impact collision with a semi truck while driving 30 MPH. The air bags did not deploy. A police report was filed. The contact sustained cuts and cervical spine injuries that required medical attention. Prior to the crash, the SRS warning light illuminated. The vehicle was taken to the dealer where it was diagnosed that the passenger side air bag increased pressure and the light needed to be reset. The warning indicator was reset.
Tl* the contact owns a 2007 acura rdx. The contact stated that the battery failed while driving various speeds. The vehicle was taken to the dealer, but the failure was not duplicated. The failure began four months ago. The failure mileage was 84,000.
I purchased this car from a certified dealer in 2016. Multiple times, the vehicle lost its ability to accelerate and maintains its current speed. As it it became sluggish. Yesterday, on my way home from work, the engine stalled suddenly.
