What owners wrote

Tl* the contact owned a 2007 BMW 328I. After exiting the highway to make a right turn, there was a delay with the engine. The accelerator pedal was slow to respond and the vehicle suddenly independently surged forward at a high rate of speed and crashed into a pole. The vehicle veered to the right as the failure progressed. The contact noticed that the vehicle was still running at 22 MPH. The contact had to turn the vehicle off, remove the key, and exit the vehicle due to the failure. The air bags did not deploy.

October 2015 CrashInjury

I took the car into the shop for a battery change and upon picking up the car the front passenger seat belt warning light went on. I took it back to the shop and was told that it was con-incidental that it happened on that day and would cost over $1000 to fix. I got a second opinion and was told by dealership that the mat sensor is broke and may deploy in accident whether or not someone is sitting in the seat.
