The contact owns a 2018 BMW 430I. The contact stated that while driving at an undisclosed speed, the low coolant level warning light illuminated on the instrument panel, prompting the contact to refill the coolant reservoir. However, within two weeks, the failure reoccurred. After a visual inspection of the engine compartment, the contact observed an abnormally low coolant level. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic, who determined that the coolant was leaking from the reservoir hose.
