On september 16,2009 I was involved in an auto collision in my 2007 BMW 525I series. I was stopped at a freeway exit off the 405 s. Where suddenly a vehicle that was doing a speed of no less of 50-60 MPH collided into the back drivers side passenger door which resulted me to be pushed forward at least 75-100 feet. The force and impact of the other vehicle was so severe, that is caused the other vehicle to flip over multiple times and land about 100 yards away from impact.

The vehicle was not taken to the dealer to have a diagnostic performed. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer advised the VIN was not included in NHTSA campaign number 13v564000 (air bags) the failure mileage was 70,000. Updated 06/10/14 ma
