When starting vehicle, there is an unusual noise coming from the engine, it clatters and as time has went on, the noise gets louder, consumer feels this had to do with the service bulletin 57-61-24, dealers have not been able to fix problem, one dealer stated the problem was the belt tension pulley and replaced it, however problem did not cease. *slc
