2005 cadillac cts. Letter sent from an attorney on behalf of the consumers in reference to an accident relating to a potential defect in vehicle *tgw while driving, the vehicle began to smoke. When the consumer opened the hood he suffered serious burns which left him permanently disfigured. The vehicle was totaled.
Per report tje suspension system and aorbag recall. When I purchased vehicle, information was warrant to me. I total loss my car due to suspension and axle malfuntion. It caused me to hit a curb. I could not gain control.
