Tl*the contact owns a 2007 cadillac cts. While driving 10 MPH and making a turn, another vehicle crashed into the contact's vehicle. The air bags failed to deploy. The manufacturer stated that they would send out an investigator and advised her to submit a complaint. An injury resulted from the crash. Police and ambulance reports are available. The current mileage is 159 and failure mileage was 159. Updated 02-01-08. The consumer stated GM informed him the air bags did not deploy due to low speed.
Passenger service air bag light comes on. After 1 week I sat on the seat, there was a recall, and the service light went out.
