When driving in wet weather condition there is an electrical short within the wiring, resulting in inopertive windshield wipers. Consumer also notes that the windshield wiper motor has been replaced on two previous occasions, problem still occurs.
Windshield wipers worked intermittently. After talking the vehicle to the deale consumer was told, there was a recall. However, this vehicle was not included in the recall due to VIN.
