Our 2014 chevy camaro ss power steering would lock up on us when we were driving and would jerk and we wouldn't be able to steer the car and it was very scary especially when you were going the speed limit on the interstate going 65-70 MPH. My husband was coming home from court on 9/8/20 and it was also our 10 year anniversary and it locked up on him and the next thing he knew he was hit by a lady and he was on the side of the road and our car was totaled and he dont even have any recolition of what happened the…
The ignition key will get stuck after putting the car in park and can take up to five minutes of cycling the key on/off. The car has 33,000 miles. The dealer suspects there is a defect in the transmission neutral safety switch which prohibits the release of the key until it's in park.
