Vehicle was inside of the parking lot, consumer sifted gear into reverse and vehicle surged backwards. Then, he shifted gear into drive and there was a loud noise. Driver did not push gas pedal when the vehicle surged forward. Brakes wouldn't stop vehicle. Vehicle hit a parked car and then a trailer. Dealership was aware of the problem. Insurance company has totaled the vehicle at this time.

The contact was backing out of a parking space and heard a loud roar, the vehicle suddenly accelerated, and before the contact could apply the brakes the vehicle struck a building.
