Tl*the contact owns a 2007 chevrolet equinox. Ever since the vehicle was purchased, the contact heard a ticking sound in the engine compartment. He stated that the vehicle had poor fuel mileage. The contact also had to jump from the vehicle because the serpentine belt caught a wire that was not in a wiring harness as it should have been. The contact also experienced stabilatrac failure on two separate occasions, which caused the power steering to fail.

On 05/05/13 my 7 year old daughter noticed that the backseat floorboards where wet. It's been raining a lot so I shrugged it off without checking. On 05/06/13 I noticed puddling in the front drivers side floorboard. Remembering what my 7 year old had said I looked back to find standing water in the back seat floor boards!!! I researched online and checked the spare tire well as recommended. It had standing water!
