2014 Chevrolet Equinox steering problems

Tl* the contact owns a 2014 chevrolet equinox. The contact stated that the check power steering fluid warning indicator illuminated as the steering wheel became difficult to maneuver. The vehicle was not taken to a dealer for a diagnostic. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The vehicle was not repaired. The approximate failure and current mileage was 861.

When I purchased this car this car new I noticed that the steering was very easy to turn. I had a discussion with a management person at the dealership and was not satisfied. I then wrote a letter to your president and I don't remember getting a reply. The problem with the steering is that it turns way too easily and does so at all speeds. I have on several occasions run off the road because of the light steering.
