What owners wrote

While driving we hit another car on its side I wont get in to big details but the other cars air bags went off and not ours, why didn't they go off and what is the point of buying a car that would "save or lives" if the main thing we paid for did not work? The accident was at about 10-20 MPH. The car hydroplaned in to the other we had a full car the driver and passengers weigh more than 160lbs each. I have some physical pain, including beck and back sprain.

Tl* the contact owned a 2003 chevrolet impala. While driving approximately 30 MPH, both frontal air bags deployed at the same time. The contact had to maneuver to the side of the road to a complete stop. There were no injuries and a police report was not filed. The vehicle was towed to the dealer where it was deemed destroyed. Th repair cost would have exceeded the worth of the vehicle. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The VIN was invalid. The approximate failure mileage was 122,000.
