Dt: contact states her daughter was in a 4 vehicle accident, the front airbags did not deploy. The vehicle was hit on the front and the rear. The manufacturer stated that vehicle was not going fast enough for the airbags to deploy.
Both frontal air bags deployed inadvertently while reversing. This resulted in lower face and neck injuries to the driver upon impact. Dealership could not indicate what caused the failure, but just wanted to repair it.
