2001 Chevrolet Malibu tires problems

Consumer had vehicle for one month and had balanced tires twice, while driving over 55 MPH the vehicle shakes, consumer pulled into traffic while driving 50 MPH, vehicle fishtailed and experienced rollover, causing one injury, possibly faulty tires, firestone affinity touring t-2, p215/60r15, claim 53-c796-229. *slc

Dt:has had to replace three different sets of tires because the tread has separated from the tire and the rim will not hold air. The last time he had them replaced they put too much air in the tire and another dealer checked the tire pressure and told caller it was dangerous to have that much air pressure in the tires. Now he can't get in touch with firestone at all and the dealer will no longer help or give him the phone number to firestone.
