What owners wrote

I owen chevy 1500 2016. I received recall on the truck when saw it I was surprised do too I got to two car accident before I receive the recall. After contacting GM motor they said the is the software need update however it didn't end there still have problems with the brakes and GM denied any involvement of the two accident.

I was driveing the vehical pulling a boat on a trailer coming up to a stop sign, I then went to press the brake and the pedal was hard and the truck wouldnt stop. It was very difficult to press the brake and if my wife had been driving im not sure she would have had the stregth to press the brake and stop the truck. This is a very dangerous issue. Took the truck to the dealer and they said that the vacumm pump had failed and needed to be replace along with the vacumm hoses and the brake booster.
