She stated that other passing vehicles pushed her vehicle into the retainer wall. The air bag did not deploy. She was also injured when the crash occurred. The manufacturer stated that they would take pictures of the vehicle. The vehicle has not been repaired. A police report was filed. The failure and the current mileages were 82,000.
