What owners wrote
Driving normally at 55 MPH. Car slowed to 35 MPH and engine light came on, and dash read stabilitrac service needed engine power slowed. I could not go over 35 MPH on freeway and very difficult to brake.
I recently had my 2014 chevy traverse in to my mechanic for maintenance, as I do when needed. After maintenance was performed, I picked my vehicle up and it drove just fine for five maybe ten miles, no issues. I was on the highway and suddenly the "service stabilitrak", "traction control off", and "service traction control" messages began flashing. Immediately after, my vehicle began jerking profusely as I was driving - it slowed the speed, and eventually quit. The messages were still there.
