What owners wrote

Tl* the contact owns a 2016 chrysler 200. While driving 5 MPH, the contact crashed into another vehicle. None of the air bags deployed. The contact noticed smoke coming from the engine compartment. Afterwards, the vehicle was taken to an unknown dealer. A police report was filed. The contact sustained a contusion of the neck, finger, and chest wall, an abrasion of the left thumb, and a paresthesia of the upper extremity. Medical attention was required. The manufacturer was not contacted.

The airbag warning lamp is stuck on due to a faulty wiring issue in which the system may or may not work properly in the event of a accident and or may go off due to hard breaking. This problem has been known about for a while as stated in the technical service bulletin. At least three different vehicles ranging in years from 2014 to current have had this same issue. The vehicle began having this problem while driving down the road.
