Reported at 22,000 miles, December 2014 Fire

I purchased the vehicle new and the transmission was changed at 109318 miles because of slippage. Since then I've had problems with the shifter getting stuck in park. I've had the vehicle at a chrysler dealer 5 times and they can't duplicate the problem. I called for a tow while it was stuck in park today and the aaa tow driver demonstrated how to get it out of park. He stated that its a common occurrence with that year chrysler. I'm confused why the service department was not aware of the procedure.
