When I fill up my car I smell gas if I only put it on half a tank I do not smell gas. Also the steering is making a popping sound and if I turn the car loses control this is a real issue I'm having with my chrysler 300

Takata recall- my car has been recalled approximately 3 times for air bag while there are no current recalls, my airbag light came on and it is currently in the shop. I should not have to share all of the financial responsibility, since this is a factory problem.
