My lift gate on my 2008 chrysler aspen struck me in my head as I was standing under my gate to put something in my trunk of my vehicle which gave me a serious concussion. I feel as though this is very dangerous because of the speed of which the gate hit me in the head. Chrysler did not pay for this defect in which they told me it would be repaired after they sent a adjuster from detroit mi. To inspect my vehicle that was found defective. Thankyou

When I put fuel in my vehicle it stalls within 5 minutes. It does it once and then doesn't do it again until I fill up the next time. If I fill it before it gets below a half tank it doesn't seem to do it. The problem is I don't always remember to do that and I am worried that the next time it stalls I will be in the middle of an intersection. I have seen where other chryslers with v8 hemi engines are covered under warranty but chrysler told me that my vehicle is not.

After filling the fuel tank, the motor shuts off while driving down the road. It used to only happen when you go past the first "click" of the gas pump. Today it did it by just filling the tank to first shut off. This leaves you with no steering, no brakes and no power while going down the road. This is dangerous on several levels. This happened while the vehicle was moving down a four lane road in moderate traffic with five passengers-two infants, two children and one adult.
