While parked in our garage the rear glass window separated from the convertible top. A phone call was made to naples chrysler and was immediately told that a new top was necessary and to come in for a diagnostic. Brought car in for diagnostic and after showing them our extended warranty pamphlet was told convertible top was not covered under warranty or recall. Phone call made to extended warranty people and chrysler rep. Was later told by warranty people that car would be fixed under "good will" provision.
While parked in my driveway, the rear glass separated from the convertible top on the left, right and bottom. The glue used to bind the two together seems to have failed. After researching the problem the internet, it appears that this is a common problem to this model/year car.
