What owners wrote

Tl*the contact owns a 2007 chrysler pacifica. The contact stated that her vehicle was parked with the engine on when she walked away from the vehicle. When she returned to the vehicle and turned the ignition off while the vehicle was in park it suddenly accelerated backwards into her driveway on a busy street in front of her home. She finally managed to get into the vehicle but she could not remove the keys from the ignition. She was able to gain control of the steering wheel and slow the vehicle down.

Reported at 31,820 miles, July 2007 Injury

The vehicle was turning into parking space, acted like the traction control engaged, power steering function was lost. Vehicle was put in park, engine turned off. Restarted at that time. Owner assumed incident resulted from a slip on fresh rain concrete and resulted in traction control engagement due to sensitivity of traction control feature. This is really not necessary at < 10 MPH. Second incident: one week later to the day on july 10, 2015, the vehicle rolled to a stop on residential road.

Reported at 67,500 miles, July 2015
