Tl*the contact owns a 2007 chrysler pacifica. While driving 35 MPH, a deer struck the vehicle's driver side rear door. The tempered glass shattered into small, sharp pieces causing minor injuries to the passenger. The front and side air bags failed to deploy. The occupants were wearing seat belts. The vehicle was able to be driven. A police report was not filed at the time of the incident. The vehicle has not been diagnosed. The current and failure mileages were 2,275.
I was in a rear end collision with my 2007 chrysler pacifica. I was hit from behind by a car that was traveling 50 MPH and shoved into the vehicle in front of me. My air bag did not go off and my drivers seat broke upon my being thrust back after initial forward thrusting causing my legs to go up under the dash causing injury to my legs and a torn disc in my back from the seat breaking.
Tl* the contact owns a 2007 chrysler pacifica. The contact started the ignition and had to use extreme force in order to move the shift lever from park to drive. The vehicle was taken to an authorized dealer two times where they informed the contact that the motor mount was fractured. The vehicle was repaired each time. The most recent repair was performed in august of 2012. The failure had not recurred. The manufacturer was notified of the problem. The approximate failure mileage was 85,087.
When I tried to drive my car out of my garage, I could not move the shift lever out of "park". I later learned that a part in the shift linkage assembly had broken. In fact, this broken part, a lockout over-ride, has been replaced under a recall of all other chrysler and dodge products which have this part installed. But for the chrysler pacifica, which has the identical part, no recall has been issued. I have been driving my car around, but have not been able to use the "park" position of the shift lever.
