What owners wrote

6/20 the engine light came on. The dealership claimed that they performed the DTC inspection and a system update (to prevent vehicle from stalling). The vehicle was returned on 6/23 and it broke down on 6/24. The car went from 10MPH to 43 MPH when pressing on the gas and then instantly stopped at around 10MPH. The vehicle turned off and was unable to start and had to be towed back to the dealership.

I was stopped at light going straight and when the light turned green, I pressed on the gas pedal but the van wouldn't move as it had stalled out. The shift knob was stuck on drive which started blinking and the start/stop warning light came on. I turned the vehicle off and tried to restart it but it still failed to move. I tried to restart it a second time and this time it did start to move. Extremely inconvenient and unsafe when stuck in the middle of an intersection.
