Reported at 30,000 miles, April 2010 Crash

Last week, within a minute or two of refueling and restarting the engine, the car stalled completely - eliminating steering control and making braking extremely difficult, causing me to hit the opposite curb and obstruct traffic. This has occurred at least 7 times in the past 2 years. It has happened immediately as I've exited the pumps at the gas station and also after I've exited the station and turned onto a city street or a highway. One time it happened as I turned onto a freeway on-ramp.
