Airbags failed to deploy. Front and side airbags did not work during rollover accident on the highway. Single car accident. Injuries to the head and face.
I had an accident and the under dash driver side air bag deployed. In front of the air bag is a large metal bracket , that is strapped to the front of the air bag. The metal plate stuck me in the shin, right leg and created a bone contusion and 3 inch high hematoma. The hospital said it was the worst one they had seen 3 months later I am still in awful pain and out of work. I contacted chrysler after speaking to several shops who said they had never seen a design with a steal plate in front of an airbag.
